The continental food here is EXCEPTIONAL ! ITS AUTHENTIC. I order often and 8 out 10 times the food is well made. Please use tamper proof tape for food packaging. I hope they improve the meat quality by using antibiotic free chicken and higher quality meats and seafood in the future, its EXCELLENT RIGHT NOW, they could improve though. They are focused on superb customer service and do a commendable job of improving on shortingcoming. I prefer them over other 5 stars in the city. My go to order is the Oven Roasted Chicken with mash & veggies.
Good resort like feeling in the city away from all the noise. Good breakfast buffet.

Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms with polite staff and quick room service. Didn't have any concerns or face issues whatsoever.
Their rooms are pretty huge , in comparison to similarly rated hotels (in reference to deluxe room)
Clean pool, decently sized along with a gym, and the Iyasya spa is definitely worth a try.
Breakfast at The Chill Restaurant was decent. Not the the biggest or most lavish spread but it's certainly enough
While the hotel is a few 100 metres away from the main road, you have narrow roads leading up to the hotel. Strangely, there was no security or temperature check at the entrance and the guard seemed a little confused.
(As usual, no matter how much the hotel staff would try, guests just don't care; so disappointingly not everyone in the lobby wears masks and neither do they keep distance!) - That being said, the staff do take adequate precautions and follow protocols.
Good....spread was not very lavish
I registered for Smart Admin a few months back. Recently, started using Smart Admin with the help of support team and it became super easy. It worked very well for my small development team. Worth spending time and money for this software
