It's become Covid rehabilitation centre at the moment.
It's one of the best hotel to enjoy the holidays. Rooms are excellent and washrooms are neat and clean with sufficient amenities. Bed rooms are well furnished and decorated. Dressing mirror, flat television, large windows, central air conditioning, swimming pool at roof top though not open due to covid, gym, restaurant and bar with excellent room service. Staff is dedicated to the guest comfort and trained hospitality professionals. Elevators, laundry, store etc are available.
Poor service, hell a lot of dust all around, lot of mosquito's, air conditioning is too weak, when asked for, manager says that the vents aren't working, you would have sat at other place... nonsense, how can we change the seat mid way while eating...Bottled water is being charged 53/- that too of Bailey make, where Maximum Retail Price on the brim reads 20/- that too of room temperature. I really wonder if there is somebody to check and monitor.
For a grandeur the building owns it's toilets are stained, broken, smelly, surprised how health inspection is evaded, no WiFi, tea when ordered in-room comes in a open tea cup with a disgusting film of fat over it, no intercom facility, mobile number of staff shared which they hardly pick up all calls have to be routed through reception, guess when your works get solved thereon, only positive feedback is they have lift that works really fast, nothing better to talk about. It's just sorry state of affairs, very disappointed.
It lost it's fame. Don't go here if you want to have a delicious food. Chicken was like rubber peices.
