Friendly place with great service and extremely friendly staff. That's the plus point. That's why the 5 stars. You barely see this simplicity and efficiency these days in the catering industry. The authenticity is endearing.
Cuisine has good variety and great on the palate and the pocket. Popular too: not just with out station guests but also the locals who drop by for a meal with friends and family.
The service is efficient and quick. Customer friendly as they will do all they can to keep you happy.
Rooms are simple, with no unnecessary frills. This again keeps it easy on the pocket.
The Mock tails could do with some variety and attention to detail. Also, an add on could include cuisine for the health conscious even if it means simply uppping the variety on salads and juices.

Hotel is good however restaurant not working as of now hence have to order foods from outside... Property is old and need a complete restructuring maintenance. Rooms are clean and hygienically good. Toilets are clean however impact of ageing property is visible inside. Staffs are very courteous and serviceability is good. Breakfast is having very limited options however considering the budget hotel, seems to be ok. Little bit of upgrades can change the image of hotel.
We were there on a slow week night. The service was fast. The food was nice. We'd ordered a mix of Indian and Chinese dishes. Tasty food, large portions and reasonable prices.
Nice rooms with good ambience.staff courteous and professional. Food needs a special appreciation particularly Non veg items.Though located in prime traffic area, you won't feel the noise from outside. Just adjacent to Lakdikapul metro station.parking area good.
Hospitality was excellent . My experience with this hotel was exceptionally memorable. The rooms are spacious, lavish, nicely decorated and very comfortable with all the modern amenities. Good restaurants with great ambiance and the food. Well distance maintaining in this pandemic corona times... Keep it up.
Good ambience budget hotel,stay here for 2days very easy accessible around the city, Reception service great manager very kind and helpful to suggest good food, travel guidance everything. Over all for pleasant stay budget hotel.
It's a good short stay and budget hotel. Rooms are small and nice. The location is nice, there are nearby restaurants and malls.
The only problem I found here is they have 500 ml drinking water pet bottles which is chargeable, there is no other source where you can refill your own bottles.
The continental food here is EXCEPTIONAL ! ITS AUTHENTIC. I order often and 8 out 10 times the food is well made. Please use tamper proof tape for food packaging. I hope they improve the meat quality by using antibiotic free chicken and higher quality meats and seafood in the future, its EXCELLENT RIGHT NOW, they could improve though. They are focused on superb customer service and do a commendable job of improving on shortingcoming. I prefer them over other 5 stars in the city. My go to order is the Oven Roasted Chicken with mash & veggies.
