Hotel is closed and no information was provided prior our arrival!
We called the call centre and they told us that we were transferred to another hotel... but guess what...?! The new hotel had NO IDEA and told us that our reservation was cancelled.
It is 10 pm and no clarity about our situation.
Poor service and extremely disrespectful with us.

Booked with Hotel.com (Expedia). We arrived and the hotel was closed. Phoned them and they said we were transferred to Amfora which was a better hotel. When arrived to Amfora they said our reservation was cancelled. Avoid hotel and issue a complain in the Eu travel regulator.
Amazing place by the sea to sit and see the people and boats pass by.. A great place to have dinner, enjoy the setting sun and take in the moment.
The staff is really and and they made sure they made good as we requested and it was great.
Clean good place. The food was served quick as we had to catch our ferry.
Recommended to have dinner or drink while you wait for your ferry!!
The hotel is in a phenomenal spot, especially if you’re taking the ferry. The staff was really friendly, and the free breakfast was outstanding. A few things that would make me hesitant about staying there again: (1) music from the bars and yachts is REALLY loud. Even with earplugs, I had a hard time falling asleep (2) the bathroom and shower doors are clear glass. So, unless you want your friends/family seeing you shower or go the bathroom...maybe not the best surprise.
Charming place to peopke watch. High rollers from the yachts and catamarans. People from the ferries. Hint: Free open WiFi from Riva hotel. Sit on the wooden bench if you don't wish to buy a drink
