It doesn't have air conditioning in the room, but we left the fans on and door open and it was just fine. Great location ! My husband arent the types to stay in the hotel too long, so location is everything for us. We even loved that we have a balcony with a luxurious view to sit a drink before bedtime. :). Not bad at all for two star hotel!
If I could give zero I would! Terrible hotel and the worst part is I didn’t checked the reviews here! To start no air con, very old fans and during these past days of summer it was impossible to sleep in the rooms how hot it was! We spend only one night there and run to another one since it was really not like what they sell though the pictures!! Disgusting carpet full of stains!! Some people throw up on the entrance and they didn’t even care about it! Don’t waist your time and money with this trash
The facilities were old but that's the price you pay. The restaurant staff however were rude. I asked the older gentleman supervising the tables for napkins during the morning breakfast buffet. He turned around and told me "your eyes can't see? you better open them up". I wear glasses. The napkins he was pointing out were the ones they wrapped around silverware on the balcony tables. Overall, very unprofessional and rude! The online photos don't match the room situation.
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights to come to a friends wedding.
We were very worried about what the hotel will be like after reading the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised.
The hotel is not as bad as some of the reviews on here, you get what you pay for. Yes the rooms are very basic and need updating but our room was very clean, maid service every day fresh bedding and towels daily.
Staff very friendly. Breakfast could be improved but there is a wide selection. The view while having breakfast is breathtaking.
The location of the hotel is fantastic I would stay here again to save costs on accommodation just to be at location again as you are in the best area of Hvar.
Hvar is very expensive just to pre warn you as we wasn’t expecting the prices we’ve had to pay whilst being here but it is a stunning island.
Highly recommend hula hula which unfortunately we only found on the last day but it has amazing views and great nightlife and atmosphere. Only a 10 min walk away if you turn right out of the hotel.
Don’t be put off by the reviews but also don’t expect it to be top end, yes the carpets need changing in the hotel corridors but in our room they were absolutely fine.
Comfortable and clean, front desk is out of world nice.
