Amazing view with everyday sunset..Garden is great, everyone can finds his own spot to chill. Great walking distance to the centre of Hvar town. Only thing is, you gotta count with the music every day whole afternoon till 10pm from Hula Hula bar.
Cleaning service available, all you need the landlord can arrange for you /fish, taxiboat, etc./
Sea is amazing and little places even good for kids (easy walk to sea)..
Our stay in Pine Beach Villa was more than exceptional. The villa is beautiful, and it ensures total experience of great location, wonderful view and privacy. Villa is located right next to the beach and very close to the beautiful city center, providing you variety of opportunities to enjoy every day and fully relax. Even more, the host is great and always happy to make your visit even more enjoying – they have excellent tips and tricks what to do each day depending on your preferences. Definitely the best part is the garden and the beautiful sea view that awaits for you and your first morning coffee. I felt like staying in small paradise these few days and enjoyed every minute of it.
Our stay in Pine Beach Villa was absolutely perfect. The hosts were amazing - helping to organise restaurant bookings, beach clubs and even baking a surprise birthday cake for my partner. The villa is also beautiful - right on the water and a short walk to Hvar town. We could not have been happier and would recommend it to anyone.

I loved this place. Not only does it have a precise location but it has a beautiful view. It is literal on the beach and you have nearby attractions such as the hula hula bar that is super good to relax or also have a drink in front of the beach. I recommend this place so 100% relaxing. Suzana, who takes care of the house, is the best. It can help you with what you need and makes some great cookies !!! Of the best places I've been to. Croatia and this house fell in love with my husband and me. We wanted to extend the stay 4 more nights but it was clearly already booked but I would definitely return. Check out a bit early, at 9:30 but ferries usually leave early on the island so it was not a problem. We liked absolutely everything, thanks Suzana, thank you Goran, thanks Croatia ☺️
