Check-in was professional and swift but at the same time was very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and up to standard and the hotel is in a very good location. A special mention to the duty manager who was delightful in looking after me at check out. Recommended!
This hotel once was my favorite in El Gouna but in one year it managed to dramatically deteriorate from being my favorite to one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The whole reception staff has changed by some inexperienced and unprofessional persons who are always lost and busy, but then again their manager is arrogantly incompetent, unpleasant and don’t know the basic of customer experience or customer service.
The room is a complete disaster, it’s never cleaned properly even after they just finished cleaning it, it has a lot of tiny spiders, and it always smells weird because the hotel has a major plumbing problem from its inception, the AC is very weak, the bed’s pillows are so uncomfortable and yeah don’t bother booking a garden view it’s more like a street view with a tiny patch of greenery that they call a garden.
The hotel only offers a pool this is their main attraction, to go to the beach you have to take a TokTok at your expense because the boat which used to take the guest last year doesn’t work anymore.
On the other hand, to be fair the restaurant staff are great, they are very friendly and attentive and the breakfast is good. The location of the hotel inside El Gouna is also good and close to the downtown area.
I enjoyed my stay so much very friendly environment, the pool is nice the sea is wonderful, amazing staff, funny entertaining and energetic animation team everything is clean.
Lovely place to stay! We spent 10 days at Cook's Club, the room was well-designed, cozy and the staff not only cleaned it every day, but also left some small towel-made surprises at our bed.
Everyone is friendly and sweet, but the highlight is definitely the restaurant: breakfasts are delicious (you should try an omelet made by the Omelete God himself). For the dinner aks daily availabilities off the menu – they offer great choice of meat and seafood (grilled shrimps were the best I've ever had!) and the Chief sometimes surprised us with some compliments like salads and deserts.
Moreover, when they heard that it's our last evening, the packed two snack boxes for us with sandwiches, fruits and water free of charge. Just like my mom!

Avoid this place if you are looking for relaxing and calm place. Dj plays non stop a house party noisy sound
