Staff is amazing. The Room (Club Suit Beach Front View) were unbelievably breathtaking. Beach & Pools were very good. If you get snorkeling gear you can see fishes in shallow waters. The open buffet and food variety was delicious. Staff at all station were very very polite and helpful at all times. Proper precautions for Covid-19 taken everywhere in the hotel. Very much recommended.
We visited this hotel in the end of 2017, and it was quite good. The most important thing here is that this hotel owns one of the best lagoons in Egypt. The water there usually warm and clean, so basically there is no need to go to the open sea. It's quite important during winter time. The exception of visiting the open part of the sea is the small coral reef, but coral shoes required.
Also it's worth mentioning the amount of restaurants with 1 free dinner on the hotel territory. Can't say that all of them are great, but you can try to visit them anyway. In case if you won't like it, just leave it and go to main restaurant.
Good hostility, all activities are available, kind staff,good food quality and quantity, sand beach and also a reef beach for snorkeling, 3 large pool and medium aqua,
All inclusive resort offers the best in everything, from the rooms, food, entertainment, sand and sea. There is so much to see and do, l can not list them all. Children are going to love it, there's activities for them too. Hospitality from all the staff members and management, was outstanding. Last but not least this resort has one of the highest health procedures in place, to help keep you safe and well. Your priority is to enjoy and relax in paradise.
