I was there like a year ago. It was fine and All the pools was just not fixed and the bar tenders didn't wash the cups off. But the bar tenders was very funny tho. Its fine. Could have been better tho.
Stayed at this hotel September & November 2016 &were going back very soon lovely rooms lovely food really nice staff very nice general manager excellent & weather is fab what more could you ask for shopping restaurants harbour all nearby . we went again March 21st another lovely week looking forward to another week later on this year .We will be coming on the 10th March 2020 we've requested a top floor sunny balcony & a pool view hope we won't be disappointed as we are looking forward to spending another week at your hotel. Everything at the Grand Resort is on an impressive scale. Lying right on the tourist promenade, at the very heart of the modern resort area of Hurghada, it boasts generously-sized rooms and an innovative figure of eight layout that allows one side of the hotel to cater for those seeking lively entertainment and music while the other offers tranquillity for those who simply want to relax and unwind.
Good food and kind service, clean and spacy rooms. Nice garden and pools.
It would be nice to have a stable working coffee machine, although it was nice to have always instant coffee.
