Probably the best hotel you can book in Egypt. Just right atmosphere for vacations. Everybody are very polite. The place is multicultural and stuff doing a great job being nice and welcome to everybody!

A more than amazing experience in which all the staff are collaborating to make your dreams come true. From the first moment till the end of this trip they are all smiling and helpful. The food is out of this world, amazing cuisines from all over the world and all of them are cooked upon request in perfect taste and look. The aqua is very good with choices for the kids and adults in the other extension of the hotel in which we have access to. I would recommend it for honey mooners and adults who are looking for a good experience with minimum problems.
What an amazing hotel! We were literally in awe the second we got there. With the all inclusive option, we never had to worry about not having a drink or an amazing meal. Every single restaurant was amazing and better than the last. We had a difficult time figuring out where to eat because of how amazing the options are. Everybody from the staff to the management of the hotel (specifically Mr. Magdy) were at our beck and call, and bent over backwards to accommodate us whenever we needed anything. The cleaning staff made our rooms pristine, and every person in the restaurants made you feel like you were family the second you walked into there.
I honestly can’t believe how amazing this place was, you really don’t even feel like you are in Egypt, you feel like you are in some tropical island that is just out of this world. We can’t wait to come back here every single time we come to Egypt and to see all of our new family at Steigenberger Pure!
I love everything about this place! The rooms are amazing, set and furnished to perfection. Jacuzzi room especially is exceptional. Housekeeping is very keen that you enjoy your stay and sometimes even deliver commodities to your doorstep without you asking, thank you Ahmed. Food is great, pools are amazing. All in all the facilities are just awesome.
