Very nice hotel with perfect staff they are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very big it's suitable for walking and jogging. The pool is large and nice. There is a diving centre and a nice gym. Food is nice but there is not many options and varieties. Overall the hotel is very nice, calm and comfortable.
Hotel is elite and elegant. Disinfectant to the bone as they are taking high procedures to clean the place.
Food is so delicious tastes like homemade and they have a variety of food for all meals.
Staff are very welcoming and co-operative to make your stay calm and enjoyable.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 days. It was the best vacation in Egypt. It serves the revelation especially Ali, the bartender Jozef, in the pool bar Michael and in restaurant Aswany. I heartily recommend it to everyone. Greetings
The check in was horrible, didn't get the room types agreed about. My reservation was postponed due to the hotel didn't have enough reservations to operate.
The room size is big and really clean
Most of the hotel amenities were closed as the kid area
The all inclusive package price is nice but didnt have any snacks through the day.
The staff were trying to help but would be much better if they smile for the guests coming to spend a vacation
A good place to stay, clean and tidy, but not luxurious. Was a bit run down when I stayed, but its been a covid year, so its understandable if they are cutting down on costs these days.
