That place is well organised and so clean
A good spot with a nice beach and a clean rooms, but with many cons as they are only a rental agency
-They don't serve any food or drinks, actually they don't serve anything, they just give you the key.
-No room service
-No chairs allowed on the beach !!!!!!!!!
-No stores to buy from, you need to get out the center to buy anything ( even drinking water)
So it's a good value for money if you can handle your trip or you just need a place to sleep with access to private beach
Otherwise, you won't like it

Excellent walk with nice shops and restaurants
The best thing about this location is that the beach is very close to the rooms few steps away .
The staff was very helpful.
No food provided in there due to covid-19 restrictions.
Air conditioner sound is a little bit noisy but you can deal with it.
Although it was very cheap comparing to other hotels in hurghada, it was very clean and tidy.
I like it and for sure it's my destination whenever I go to hurghada
