The hospitality is simply world class!
Impossible to single out one individual from the staff for praise, all of them are simply above and beyond.
Food quality is quite literally the beat I have ever had and I have been around the world. Variety is outstanding with no compromise to quality, taste or temperature.
Hygiene and general care in the building and pool/beach areas was perfect.
Overall, the experience leaves absolutely nothing to be desired and I have nothing to add, but to say thank you from the heart.

An excellent resort, the beach is amazing, the food is great, everyone is eager to help
The staff are what made the hotel a lovely experience! Amr from the beach bar, Ahmed the night security guard and Shazli all gave an incredible service. We felt that the food could have been better. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean with a gorgeous beach!! Also the night time live singers/ music really wasn’t great/ very commercial. Overall we had a lovely time here, everyone was helpful and friendly.
Amazing beach with super clear water
Our top vacation, the service is great, friendly, kind and helpful. We had a room and when we need to change it they changed it directly without any issues. We enjoyed the beach and all inclusive food and snacks! :D .. would recommend this place, can’t wait to visit again ❤️
