DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL!, I have been struggling since March to get a refund of 1 night back which they promised to do but stalling since then. After numerous tries to call them and tens of email between me, them and booking.com, they are simply only replying booking.com with yes we will refund and then they don't reply me on any communication channels l!!
Old review:
the hotel is new, things including elevators are very old and not functioning properly, some areas are not fully renovated so they just block it with some big paper board, and the rooms furniture looks very old. Some staff are not very professional; my wife asked the reception for a bed cover for my daughter so the receptionist told on the phone to open the room door and search for room service! (she is new). The manager later apologized for the new receptionist's behavior. Although food variety was good, the taste was really lacking, almost tasteless, but desserts were good.
I admit I came in a bad day where there was a sandstorm, but that doesn't explain the receptionis telling us the pools are operating and I dress up with my daughter to go and find that all pools are like a mud lake, and of course nobody with his right mind will swim there!.
Kids club was really small and not enough things for a 6 year old child, the hotel in general is small.
The most important point: my original booking was for 2 nights, but after my 1st night, I really wanted to relax after a hectic trip so I left the hotel politely, I checked out and gave the manager my number as he wanted my feedback, I gladly told him I would be happy to and told him to call me after 3 days when I finish my vacation, he called after two days, I answered that I am not yet available & would be happy to receive his call later but he never called. Before I leave the hotel the manager assured me that the 1-night difference will be refunded although I didn't insist as I was the one leaving in a short-notice. A month and a half later, even after 3 emails they didn't reply me and I have not been refunded, although my booking on booking.com was changed to 1 night instead of 2 nights!
It's a nice and clean hotel. I stayed for 5 nights. We had lots of fun staying there. Animation team is fun. The hotel is suitable for friends and families as well.
The people working at the hotel are very hospitable, the manager isn't though. They have a problem in the filing process, and follow up; however they try to help to their abilities and potential. The food tastes pleasant with not so much variety. All in all I enjoyed the stay
It was my first trip to Egypt and I am so glad that I have chosen this hotel! Very attentive and friendly staff, everybody is smiling and wishing you a good day! Besides the excellence service, the territory of hotel is perfect, great variety of pools and places to swim or just lay in the sun. Food and drinks also were so good and tasty. The room was clean and we had an amazing view from our balcony. I am so satisfied with my vacation and highly recommend everybody to stay here. You always feel that you are a valuable guest! Hope to come back❤️
It was our first time and won't be the last .It was a great experience there. We really enjoyed our time. The service and the whole staff were amazing. The rooms are clean. The pool is clean.There were Sterilizers everywhere. The food was tasty and variant. The snacks and drinks are so good. The aqua park is amazing. We had a lot of fun with the animation team and the aqua gym. Thanks so much "Animation Team" and Thanks Aqua Joy. We would come next summer inshallah.
