Hotel is beautiful & highly recommended. However, during these times of Covid, I didn't feel safe.. Measures taken by staff & other guests are far from acceptable. No social distancing, temperature checks or mandatory mask wearing. Buffet food available for all to touch, cutlery in open trays for all to touch rather than in separated packs and breakfast tables are set outside at night for following morning diners. Managers don't lead by example and feel that they failed to manage their guests safety during our 10 day holiday. To summarise..Great venue but poor staff..
The facilities that the hotel has to off are fabulous but sadly the staff and food miss the mark by a long way. Understanding of the current COVID 19 situation were appalling being told to take off your mask because we don’t have covid here hence no checks of any type. Many new foreign tourists arriving on a daily basis.
All inclusive the beer I was assured don’t worry it’s 5 star indeed it is called 5 stars but not good other beer was supposed to be available but was not.
Such a shame could be incredible.
Amazing we are right here now Family vacation and we decided to stay more days than we booked from the beginning ☺️ we are in 1231 room have Free WIFI with very Fast Speed and so nice view nice Junior suit room.
Food is good and tasty.
Most important everything is clean

Terrible terrible food. No precautions taken to protect from Covid-19. Terrible service. The staff is hugely overloaded with overwhelming work. The beds were always unclean. After the room service change the blankets we would find stains and hairs on our beds. Will never go there again.
So quite & fast, serious action for any complaint, thanks for all staffs , special thanks for housekeeping am enjoyed .
Am recommending and when am coming back to egypt I will visiting again insha allah
