Make the parking better. Too small space
The hotel has seen better days. Large rooms and large bathrooms but needing an upgrade. In my room, water gets clogged up when showering. There’s free parking but the spots are narrow and it’s first come first served.
If I can rate 6 stars, I will rate it that way. Overall a nice and quite clean hotel. Spacious room, nice breakfast. Near the hotel, they have 7-11 and coin laundry. But that's not what makes me rate hotel very high. Other than the hotel itself, I think you should have a great staff. And that's what makes me want to give them 6 stars. Wan Chu / Irene (her english name) is an excellent hotel staff. Not many staff can speak english as good as her. Although I myself not a good english speaker, but I can't speak Chinese. Having Wan Chu when she is on duty really helps a lot! She would help me find taxi and call me if I already got into the taxi. She also arrange breakfast on box for me and my family. Never in my life I met such an excellent hotel staff like that. She really care and would do much for the guests. If the hotel management read this, then you should be grateful to have a staff like Wan Chu. Wish you all the best in your career.
A little bit advice for the hotel, although the hotel overall is quite clean, a clean carpet at the 12th floor would make it better. Also, it would be better if you could make the room more sound proof.
The price is OK. But if you come in summer. You may not able find the parking space in Hotel.
