This is an F U hotel as also in getting an F grade hotel. Manager is so rude and a scam. He is a liability to the hotel. My kid tripped over their Christmas light decorations on the entry a few days after Christmas. They blamed that he broke the fragile light and the Manager started yelling and pay, pay, pay. I was shocked on such unprofessionalism and felt like in a horror scam. By the way, we asked to plug the light back in and the light was ON with the exception of a few light bulbs out of like 500-1000 lights. The manager and the staff disgusted us with this scam and this unwelcoming treatment on such a supposing nice hotel. AVOID!!!! Not worth to get your vacation ruined. Not a real hot spring. Don't get scammed. Will never come back again!!!

Room is not bad, clean and not bad odour.

Nice comfortable hotel. The room is big and clean. Breakfast choices are sufficient. Carpark are just next to hotel.
