Heights house is a really wonderful hotel. Quite new and is very comfortable. The service here is excellent as well. I ran into a beautiful lady down the corridor named Marlene. She wanted to make sure everything was great with my stay, which it was. We conversed for a little while and she was so friendly as sweet. Just a great place overall and I would definitely book again if I need a place to stay in Houston.
I was in town from Chicago for a concert. Upon arrival I noticed how clean the establishment was and the rooms were also immaculate. I would definitely recommend and return myself. I observed how friendly and professional in particular a staff member named Marlene was with other guest, and I was thoroughly impressed. Even upon my stay I was approached by Marlene with the same kind and courtesy approach she was very accommodating and very professional a refreshing experience during my stay. I will return!!

Loved this place! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I had a problem with my original room (I can be picky) and there were no problems switching me to a new one. Marlene is SO sweet, she made sure I was taken care of for the duration of my stay. Location is amazing, price is amazing, staff is amazing. 15/10
What a pleasant experience! From the moment my husband and I checked into the hotel, the Heights House staff was very nice and extremely accommodating. Especially Marlene, Azalia and Imagine who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best experience. This new hotel is conveniently located in the Heights area making it easy to travel to restaurants and parks close by. Additionally, the rooms are very clean and has beautiful decor. If you are looking for a cool trendy place to stay with great customer service definitely check this place out.
I enjoyed my stay immensely. The customer service I received was above average. I attribute this to Marlene. She is definitely the diamond in your crown! I am recommending the hotel to all my colleagues here in Chicago and will be back soon. Thank you for real customer service something that is hard to find these days.
