I had a decent experience here. The hotel itself is really cute, colorful and the rooms are extremely spacious. The price is really good for the size and type of room you’re getting. While the front desk staff was super amazing, our second night there we were approached by a security guard the moment we had opened our car door in the parking lot on 2/11/21 a little before 1 AM. My sister and I had been sitting in the parking lot for less than 5 minutes and upon exiting our vehicle, the security guard was standing right outside our car door. He asked us if we stole the car we were driving. I said “nope it’s all ours, didn’t steal it ” and he proceeded to tell us there was a similar car as described stolen in the area, ask us if we are staying at the hotel, what our room number was, and then said ok have a good night with no apology and watched us walk away. There were no police reports in the area for a stolen red car the time we were there.
Although it was a short encounter as 2 young women in their 20’s [and in general] it was extremely frightening, inappropriate and rude having someone standing right outside of our car at 1 in the morning and ask us if we stole our rental car? It had me second guessing the fact that I gave my room number to a random man outside in a security guard uniform and we started questioning whether or not we should change our room. For future reference, please never approach 2 women in a vehicle at 1 in the morning after they’ve just pulled into the parking lot.
I’d recommend this hotel for a quick stay.....just make sure your car isn’t stolen.
The staff is absolutely terrific! The food and drinks were excellent!
What a WONDERFUL hotel. The decorations were colorful and produced such a calming vibe when we entered. The check-in staff was courteous AND efficient. The ambience was so pleasant. The hotel itself is located near EVERYTHING, the Medical Center, 3 exits from Meyerland, walking distance to the NRG, Target and TONS of food places. The hotel was so quiet that I fell asleep at 8:00. I would definitely recommend, especially if an event is happening at the NRG. Whomever decorated this hotel has an artistic eye. The decor was vintage and rustic at the same time. The room was also spacious and not cluttered with a lot of unnecessary furniture. This hotel made the Comfort Suites on Richmond forgettable after my disastrous stay there a week ago. I will definitely return as I'm in Houston often for business.
If you are looking for somewhere to to stay, this place is definitely the move! The staff is so very nice and everything about this please is just great! i will definitely comeback ❤️
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the employees were respect, helpful and kind. My family and I enjoyed our stay :)
