Great location. Modern and spacious rooms, great service, and friendly staff. Nice pool area, but people had left a lot of trash around the pool; would be nice if they sent someone to clean it up through the day. Was able to check in/out from the mobile app, however my mobile key didn’t work immediately upon arrival, so I still had to stop at the front desk to get the key.
I stayed over Christmas since I couldn't be with my family for the second year in a row and needed some cheer.
I had an incredible time, half thanks to the amazing room/amenities and half because of the friendly and welcoming staff. It was the epitome of luxury and hospitality. My dog was just as warmly welcomed as I was, which really meant the world to me. The spa was glorious, the food was delectable, and the views were unbeatable. I'll be most definitely be coming back!
The location is great and the hotel is renovated. I stayed here twice. The first time was good with out any issues. The second time we checked in late and when my sister went to bed at 1 am we noticed a big brown stain on the bedding. We informed the receptionist and without even expressing any apology he said that he will send us new bedding and we can change them ourselves as room service is not operating. We requested a new room and packed out stuffs as it’s not acceptable to be at sort of premium hotel and change the bedding. This big stains shows that room service is not taking cleaning measure seriously as the stain is very noticeable. I would understand some time things happen but I would expect better actions. We have not even heard an apology as if it’s very normal. I would not stay here again.
Frequent hotel for company business in Houston. Generally good experience. However January 11 I didn't check the iron before touching my shirt --- it was FILTHY. Ruined shirt. Hotel desk manager supportive; housekeeping not accepting any fault. (Yes, I should have checked the iron- but really, no I shouldn't need to! It should be usable!). Multiple communication -- still nothing from hotel.
This hotel was clean and comfortable. It offer valet parking, has a restaurant and bar, outdoor private pool and a well equipped gym. The hotel is within walking distance of the galleria mall and lots of high end restaurants. We spent less time worrying about dirty floors/sheets and more time relaxing. The only cons were minor dirty floor boards, broken locks on the connecting door to the next room, and no answer at the front desk when we called to report the door. I highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay again.
