The room smelled funny...I complained and nothing was done about it, the house keeper didn’t restock or clean my room during my stay ...all she did was hand me sheets and a queen size comforter for my king size to make up my own bed and I left a bottle of alcohol in my room at checkout...though that is entirely my fault I don’t appreciate being told nothing was in my refrigerator when the housekeeper turned over the room for the next guest. If they threw it away cool but to say NOTHING was in there when I also left containers of food and juices in there— leads me to believe somebody is getting a good turnup session on my bottle. I definitely will not be back.
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! First off, the hallway smelled like mildew. Secondly, I booked through their website, called and cancelled 24hrs ahead of time and was told by staff that I’d get a refund.I called the day of my scheduled check in to make sure I’d receive a refund, and I was told by staff to go ahead and book the room because “the manager does not give people their money back.” He said that since my room was still available he’d just rebook it and I’d get my money’s worth for the one night stay and not have to worry about getting a refund or not for the room I cancelled 24hrs ahead of time. Well they ended up charging me TWICE for a one night stay. I called multiple times and was given the run around every single time. Spoke to 2 managers, and they both asked for my name and number and said I’d get a call back that day on 2 separate occasions. It’s been 3 days and no one has called. I called today and now all of a sudden the “number is not a working” number. UNPROFESSIONAL and the funky room was not even worth $125!
Nice hotel, clean. They've taken precautions for covid. The level of service provided is amazing. I will be back.
Very dirty & unsanitary, lack of house keeping!! We originally planned a 3 night stay. It was cut short. They only offer room services until the 3rd consecutive night. 1st night, Friday, we checked in & found a empty condom wrapper by the ironing board . Sunday morning we found a empty used douche behind the coffee machine in our room. We checked out immediately after that. Hotel did nothing about our complaint. Very disappointing given the area the hotel is located.
Went into the lobby to ask attendent for information about hotel, was very heplful looks like a nice place to spend the night. Very clean an luxurious
