Four Season has impeccable customer. Went on Sunday for the exquisite brunch , but was close due to the 19. Instead we had brunch at its Bayou and Bottle which tasted like it came out of the frozen section of a local grocery and pass through a microwave. However staff was great.
I stayed for a mommy get-away and it was everything I could have hoped for. The suite was spacious and luxurious. I can’t decide whether I enjoyed my Prosecco by the pool or room service breakfast more. Thank you for the wonderful time to recharge!
Beautiful, very stately hotel. Highly professional top notch staff. My Suite was roomy, nice decor, furniture and super comfortable bed with high quality king size down pillows. Satisfaction garanted. 5 stars indeed
By far the best hotel in Houston.
Once arrived we were greeted by Arthur whom was more than pleasant and surprised my expecting wife with a four seasons toy for our upcoming newborn. Arthur also sent a body pillow up to the room, which we thought was thoughtful. He remembered our name and always was a delight to see throughout our stay. The evening front desk receptionist was also very nice however forgot his name.
Daniel at Bayou and Bottle is the best mixologist we have ever came across. Definitely the highlight of our stay. This guy knows his liquors front and back. Never met anyone who loves to share his wisdom and knowledge as much as Daniel. Bayou and bottle is contracted with Top Golf Suites thus your able to drink phenomenal drinks while having competitive fun.
Valet was quick and memorized our car, thus was able to get our car quickly.
Overall this hotel/facilities are great but the staff here really take it to the next level and makes the experience that much different than staying at another 5* hotel.
We can’t wait to return.
