This hotel is amazing. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. They were very knowledgeable about downtown and always willing to help. I like the way they listen to your needs and try their best to accommodate. In this day and age with the Pandemic it is still nice to see a happy staff. Sunday upon check out the guy who was handing out muffins made sure everything was great with our stay. I will come back. See you soon.
Rooms are not sound proof...lol..heard a couple who stayed in the next room for hours on end.. prices isn’t really as shown as website says. Added fees and a deposit you need to add for things you would or wouldn’t use is needed before you check in. Bar is open, restaurant is not. It was okay for a hotel, rooms look a bit old but other wise fine.
This is like 4th time staying I will not go else where. The staff treats you as family and very polite. Our valet driver is always respectful he earns his tips. The front desk, maintenance crew are so polite. My favorite person John was not there but every time he is he is always helpful and caring. Keep up the great work this hotel spells out HOSPITALITY. This is my 6th time and I keep coming back to the great hospitality!!!

Celebrated my sister's wedding at The Whitehall, the staff was amazing there was few things that were wrong but it was taken care of upon our request.
