Nice hotel to stay at. The rooms were clean and the service was great. Valet parking for the weekend was 30.00 which was great because I did not want to walk. The view from 22 floor was awesome. The only downside was the room was twice the normal rate due to spring break.
I stayed at the hotel during the ice storm in Houston and WOW! I can't say enough amazing things about the staff and facility! Brian and all of the hotel staff (including the employees at Einstein Bagels) were incredibly accommodating (they are animal friendly!), helpful, and super nice during a VERY stressful time. Considering the amount of people in the hotel, my room was quiet, I was able to get all of the supplies I needed, parking was simple and it truly was a great and calming experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone I know.
