There were people smoking weed in the lobby. I paid for valet but had to park my own car. There was no room service for food. No fridge in the room. The guests were loud and running through the halls and slamming doors. Only 1 elevator worked. This place was equivalent to a super sized motel. Definitely didn't have a hotel vibe. I won't stay here again.
I give this hotel 5 starts! We stayed for Valentine’s weekend but unfortunately the weather kind of messed some things up. Our power went out Sunday at 2am due to the outage which was caused by the Arctic blast that came and was out up until we left Tuesday morning. We had no choice but to stay another night. They had the generator going which only was enough to keep the elevators working and the lights on in the lobby. The front desk worker I believe her name was Redna made the stay as comfortable as possible because of the circumstances. She was sweet and customer service was wonderful! The best! Her husband even went out on the icey roads and bought some stuff from a corner store that was open because there was nothing open so of course no food. She had two space heaters that she let us sit in front of to keep warm, gave us extra blankets and to let us charge our phones. Even tho the circumstances were unexpected me and my boyfriend still enjoyed ourselves and made the best of it. Definitely will stay there again. Thank y’all!
Today is the 3rd event I’m attending at this fantastic hotel. Splendid decor makes me feel like I am in a Kings Palace. Outdoor pool area is very grand. The variety of food caters to any appetite. Stay tuned and don’t miss out on Animal Kingdom New Year’s Eve end of 2020!!!
Dirty hotel. I thought the pool could make up for the dirty room, non working tv, lack of mini fridge but it couldn't. The pool was dirty too. You can tell it's privately owned and they're penny pinching. The bar was cool and the common areas are pretty but ultimately you should just stay somewhere else.
Amazing hotel Beautiful settings, front desk very professional. Did a small photoshoot at the pool and was great. Room Was clean and just top notch! Definitely booking another soon!!!!
