Terrible service, unsanitary conditions, smoke smell everywhere even the rooms that say non-smoke. Would not recommend it at all. I booked for one night and had to cancel because when I reached I could not stand the smoke smell. I canceled and they refused to give me a refund despite the fact that NO services were rendered. Terrible customer service. The front desk person is rude and unprofessional talks over you on the phone. The WORST experience yet.
Room was clean. Staff was nice. Not enough towels provided. Had to request a bath tub stopper. Fridge did not work. It was on but items never got cold. Light switches were confusing and if you weren't careful you would turn off half the plugs in the room.
Great experience! Clean and relaxing atmosphere, I will return. Home away from home.
THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL VERY CLEAN QUIET AND VERY NICE LOOKING I WAS IMPRESSED THIS WILL BE MY GO TO PLACE EVERYTIME I COME TO HOUSTON....... ALSO VERY AFFORDABLE IT'S WORTH EVERY DOLLAR.......
