Short staffing created delays in service, a 30 minute wait for ice where guest had to go down to get ice from front desk, and during breakfast after asking 4 times for service eventually being paid attention to. Spa services were good when experiencing but the reason for booking was a couples experience which was included in reservation but unable to fulfill due to 1 technician. All in all the shortages of staff caused a significant down grade which was not worth the price paid. Great ambiance and amenities but lack of staff cannot live up to the price to stay.
Always perfect. Love this hotel and it’s perfect location for a night out of the suburbs. The staff is very accommodating and goes way beyond necessary to make each stay memorable. I can’t say enough positives about this hotel.
Everything was great, only reason for 4 stars was the bed wasn't quite as comfortable as you would expect. Normally I get the best rest at upscale hotels, but wasn't the case here. Would still recommend but try for yourself.
Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. Where do I start?
1. The Spa- We came in for a birthday (5 people), and were told that they were bringing in another person to do our nails. We got there to our surprise to find only one person. We were there from 9am-3pm for a Pedi that was not worth $95 + gratuity. By night time all of our paint on our toes literally slid off.
2. The pool- when booking it stated that they were only allowing two lawn chairs per room. When getting to the pool, we were told only two people can enter the pool. We said fine. We ordered food, and all of our food was cold.
3. The room- 2 out of the 5 of the girls were in the room, apparently having a regular conversation when the neighbor came knocking on the door complaining. Later the manager came and said in a rude way, that if they didn’t keep it down, they would have to leave.
I don’t know where this hotel gets it’s 5 stars from. They need to check their staff and update their online sites. The only good thing I can say is that they are clean, the hallways smell good, and the furnishing’s are aesthetically pleasing.
Loved my stay! Super clean and comfy, great staff, room service portions are huge.. Valet service was extremely diligent.
The only thing I didn’t like was the hallway noise. There’s a gap under the doors, so you can hear the hallway noise. & I had my newborn with me, so I kept fearing others would hear us as well.
