Tried booking a room to surprise my wife for a romantic getaway. The owner was so rude! Asked me why can't I sleep in my own house. Worst customer service experience. She is obviously in the wrong business. Discriminated on for being from Houston. She must have not like my southern accent.
I called to see if I they were doing birthday hosting here and Lisa said no Thankyou for calling hope you have a nice day she was cutting me off as soon as I answered. I proceeded to ask if I could book for a gathering of 6 she told me not until they come out with sue covid they don’t book locals. She was so unprofessional with the way she deliver customer service why do you naturally have a attitude LISA? She totally is a KAREN when it comes to her customer service she is rude maybe she had a bad morning but don’t charge me up be patience ma’am!
The ac in my apartment broke and I needed a place to stay quick! This was a perfect location, very neat house, and comfortable large rooms. Just what I needed.
What a great place to stay. The owner was onsite when we got there and so personable and kind. The room was simple but had everything we needed and a private full bath. The location was great and really accessible to the event we were headed to. We live in Houston but frequently stay downtown when we attend events and we will definitely stay here again.
Wonderful, modern and sophisticated place. I would have taken pictures, but I was immediately too busy enjoying it. The only downside was the AC unit was not working. The woman we had to cook our breakfast had a problem with us; unsure if it was because we were young or an interracial couple, but she was nice to the others there. I would still stay their again. The place was amazing. I only wish I could afford something like that in my lifetime.
