Just three star hotel near Galleria. Spacious room but old fashioned. Not much service but staffs were nice. Really close to the mall. Price is good.
I stayed in this hotel over the weekend. The rooms were clean and social distancing rules were adhered to. The hotel is located within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping areas. Lots of friendly people who are willing to give advice and share their experiences. I had no trouble parking and felt that my vehicle was secure at all times. For the price it was a good stay.
Nice hotel, really spacious, and open floor plan. Two negatives for me and that was the shower for me. Too small and no way to prevent water from getting everywhere. The other is no microwave or utensils. I've never been in a suite without those two. Otherwise, I am very complimentary of the hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful with all assistance.
Was pretty much a nice stay few issues with extremely noisy neighbors front desk woman did her best to try and help. Over priced with very little services we should have been informed about it when I booked the room. No restaurant no bar all closed because of covid 19. Should update the website as such.
I've been staying with Hotel Indigo for almost 10 years. First for business, and now for pleasure. They're rooms are minimalist, but clean and comfy.
Their location is near the Hines water park and a short stop away from the Galleria mall, but most importantly, they are NOT near the highway, which means you won't wake up at 7 or 8 AM to the sound of 18 wheelers and honking horns.
Finally, the staff at Indigo are top notch and respectful. Always eager to help in a pinch. Highly recommend Hotel Indigo Galleria.
