First-class accommodations. My room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The property itself is stylish contemporary. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were professional, attentive, and friendly. I'll stay here again. I recommend that others give it a try.

I have stayed at numerous hotels on I10 and along energy corridor. This one is great and the pool view is amazing.
I booked this hotel through Hotwire and was so lucky that this was the hotel I got to stay at. The hotel itself is super clean and nice. They even left a bottle of champagne when they heard that I was getting married. We also received two free drinks from the bar downstairs. Their hospitality is amazing. I wish I had taken advantage of the pool it looked absolutely beautiful. If I need another staycation hotel I will be sure to book at the Westin.
Had weekend at Westin memorial city. I think Sheraton and Westin are two brands Starwood now Marriott need to rebrand in the States. But this Westin is exceptional. Great experience here. Shout out for emily and Chan at front desk. Outstanding service and clean room. Parking rate is reasonable compared to JW in DT and galleria. Close to all places I need to visit. I would come back again for sure if I visit Houston next time.
Always a pleasant visit when we stay here. Emily, at front desk, accommodated us with whatever we needed, cheerfully, and made it clear that she was there for us. Made us feel appreciated and special.
