Reviews from visitors:
Stayed last night with my significant other. The gentlemen that greeted us at check-in was very courteous and very professional. At checkout we were greeted by a couple of staff members that were very friendly(almost wanted to stay another night). I definitely will be back with my other half. This place is a jewel in the middle of Houston and will be our staycation.
A lovely 3 star hotel with a great service. The staff was also friendly and the room was well maintained.
The food there was really tasty and had no problem with it at all. Specially the rooms were quite cheap compared to other 3 star hotels
The cleanliness. The rooms are small. It is not conducive for disabled customers. The parking is down the street in a garage, therefore you must walk to the hotel a block away. You must pay to park as well. The handicapped rooms are difficult to navigate , if you are in a wheelchair.
In addition to paying for your room you must pay an additional $130 cash deposit for each room. Which is refundable, however this not stated prior to booking, only informed at check in . The staff was extremely professional and friendly. This is not a 4 star hotel, the advertising is misleading. The location was good. I would rate this hotel at a 3 definitely not 4 star. Poor choice for people with disabilities.
Well for the price of the room I expected more. There seem to be a lot of weed smokers around that was my first impression but I understand you can’t control others smell so let me get to what I did and didn’t care about. First of all there were no carts or people to help us bring in our things so we had to leave some things in the car. Good thing we had a car other wise we would have had to make several trips to our room back to a car to get it stuff not good. The room and bathroom was very small the bed sheets had a stain on them I ended up having to sleep on top of a towel that was not soft bed only had two pillows had to ask for some clean towels the paint in the tub was pulling the way the toilet is made in the small bathroom makes it uncountable to use. Every time the neighbors left it sounded like they were coming in our room the cooling unit is noisy when it comes on. Tried to switch rooms but I was told nothing is available now I’m stuck and not impress at all. I will say we aren’t far from places to eat or hang out that was good. Had to book another stay somewhere else for the rest of the weekend.
While it was only a few hours of a stay, the front desk was incredibly pleasant
My friend,& I checked in on a rather unconventional basis,& the guest rep was overwhelmingly understanding,& accommodated us.
The room was clean, & I look forward to trying out the amenities.
