I remember I Visited this hotel for the Christmas Holidays! Texas Holiday Lights on sixth floor pool deck was very good. The view from top of Discovery Green was amazing and peaceful! They maintain 85F in lazy river. There were also some games available to play for kids of all ages which was a plus. The bar on the pool deck had elaborate drinks menu with some bar bites. Drinks were strong and worth the price. I would highly recommend to visit!
Visited during the pandemic, and all of the staff adhered the mask policy which is a huge plus. Not to mention they were courteous, helpful and had a great attitude. The facilities were clean and keep in great condition as well. In addition, you are within walking distance of some of the best museums Houston has to offer.
Phenomenal staff and excellent service. The hotel vibe is unique. Thanks to front desk namely Andrew, Alexia & Trey for catering to all our needs in this hard time when the whole city has no power and no water. Keep it up guys!
This Hotel is beyond excellent. The amenities are fabulous. The staff was gracious and professional. Each night I felt like I was resting on a cloud. The Valet staff is The BEST & every view from any angle inside/out is delightful. This was my 1st time staying and all of my expectations were met & then some. On my last night I ordered lamb chops flavored with pesto.....they were to die for!!! I cannot wait to return
