It is always a pleasure to stay at the Hilton Americas. Even during a pandemic, the staff made sure enough safety precautions and cleaning methods were constant and continually maintained! Although I would prefer there were pool hours (late evening) time for adults only. Overall, still 5 star, tops in hospitality, the way a hotel should be!! Thank you Brenda, Jacob, best of the best!!!
From the moment of check in, Daniel made me feel welcome and appreciated. The protocols and cleanliness are top notch and they are doing everything needed to make a person feel safe and comfortable. It will be nice when the restaurants are open more. Looking forward to my return for a business meeting in August.
The hotel was very clean. The customer service was awesome. I don't know the older guy that works the front desk but he really was helpful and polite. I will Definitely be back here again.
Beautiful hotel & friendly staff! I stayed for the Lakers game in the Toyota center next door & it was great being able to walk there in five minutes! Location is perfect & I felt safe with the cleanliness and spacious hotel. Affordable, too!
I have come here off and on for close to 5 years now for work and I always have a great time. Being so close to Toyota center makes it a premier location for myself. Walk 100 feet to the stadium after getting some pappasitos inside the hotel! Man! So good
