I like the feel of the hotel for a day get away to relax and study. However, there have been two incidents where my card was charged twice. I called this morning for a resolution and I encountered the single most rude and unprofessional person for the second time. Ironically, he acted like he was doing me a favor the first time he resolve the issue a few months ago. Dawon lacks customer service skills and seems to enjoy talking down to customers. I walked up to the desk on the day I checked out and told the lady I was leaving (this was Friday) why do they have me still checked in the hotel and billing my card? Dawon refuse to help me although he stated he could because I wanted to express my discontentment with this incident occurring again. He told me he didn’t want to discuss it and he sees in still checked in. I told him that was impossible when I was at home. I’m guessing he is on a power trip with his disrespectful self. I will be pushing for this to get all the way to the top of the corporation. I’m not going to stop going to the hotel, they need to do something with him because surely they cannot know just how rude and unprofessional he is. He is bad for business because he lacks the necessary skills to serve the general public in a caring and professional manner especially in this day of Corona. I’m speechless but I will have a lot to say once I reach the right manager cause no other customers should have to experience his unprofessional behavior.
Great Hotel with a broader mission.
The hotel is close to MD Anderson they provided a shuttle to and from as well as anywhere whitin a 3 mile radius. They are very accommodating and the rooms have very comfortable beds. This is our second visit. Nice staff
Nice not luxury hotel
First of all great location for the NRG STADIUM area but very nice entry lobby , nice rooms, CLEAN ROOMS ,good breakfast , and great staff all around very nice rep at front desk and very personable at check in but forgot her name and awesome general manager when I booked this hotel over the phone by the name of LAURA LEE if she wasn’t so nice and helpful over the phone I would have gone a cheaper route however great people make a huge difference from your average stays when having to interact with staff In my opinion. So I make this trip 2 times a year and this was my first stay here and is gonna be my go to place from here on out .
