Reviews from visitors:
Prime location with a beautiful beach area. Rooms are spacious with a beautiful view. Unfortunately restaurants are closed on site but plenty open across the street. Very interesting to see the history behind this hotel and who has stayed here. Grounds are well kept, friendly front desk staff who always replied quickly to our requests. I’m sure it gets very busy when at full capacity so if you are looking for uncrowded beaches go somewhere else maybe (anybody can access any beach on the island).
Just from the outside though,,havnt been in the inside do to covid closure
Nice place to stay. Rooms are clean. View is beautiful, sunsets are amazing Most of the staff are very friendly. At check-in we did not receive a map, water or given any info of the hotel or what was available for us at the resort .. before you go...No hotel food, no daily housekeeping, (they will bring you anything you need).. parking is very expensive 50.00+ per day.
Gorgeous place right by the beach! Amazing ocean views of Waikiki beach and Diamond head crater. I love waking up to the beautiful chirping of the birds and taking in the breathtaking Hawaiian views while drinking coffee out in the balcony. Resort staff is so welcoming and friendly, with a text, you place your request for bottle water, coffee, towels, toiletries, etc. I ❤️L❤️O❤️V❤️E ❤️I❤️T!
Convenient location. Many restaurants closed due to Covid. You check in you have to have your safe travels uploaded and show at check in. I have this a three since we had service on toilet leaking and stilled leaked. Safe didn’t work we called for service only one roll of toilet paper left when room was cleaned. Had to request extra coffee. The pool with the slide was closed. Resort fee 50 dollars a day. To part a car almost 50 a day. Wait till Hawaii is completely open to travel. Good thing the beach was right there with a walking trail and two pools were opened. Our room had a beach view on one side and the pond view on the other side. Food very expensive
