Decent price for a decent hotel. Not great but it was fine for the price. Clean room, nice staff, good location. Make sure you understand the fees, but even with the fees it was a good price compared to others in the area. I would stay here again.
I specifically chose a kitchenette here for a night to get out of the house and treat my friend to a nice dinner and cook her breakfast. Well the room was nice. They gave us an grade. Our only issue was that the refrigerator didn't work. Plans were ruined and food was wasted. The overnight front desk guy offered to put our food in the office refrigerator but I don't feel too comfortable leaving my food with strangers. The next morning wasn't much better. We mentioned the issue without asking for anything and the front desk lady called her manager to tell her what happened but kept reminding her that we only had a room for one night like that was less than adequate to deem important enough to care about. I only gave two stars because I like the place but the situation of ruining our plans brought the rest of the points down.
Will not stay or recommend anytime soon.
Worse hotel ever! Over priced and the room we got was OMG(negative) moment! We requested for one bed and we got the one bed. They pushed the 2 beds together but the head stands of the 2 beds were not! Feel like they didn’t give a sh!% and felt like there were bed bugs crawling all over you while you’re lying in bed or sleeping! Floor was sticky, and my boy found trash underneath the bed! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone although it’s just stay-cation! Waste of money and totally need a facelift for sure! Don’t be deceived by the online photo, those are false advertising!!!
This place is under rated. This is a nice hotel for the price! And shoutout to Evan for being an awesome front desk assistant!!
Honestly don’t understand why this place is rated so low. Me and my girlfriend stayed in Hawaii for a week we stayed at the Ewa maybe 3 nights out of our trip and the experience was amazing!! 1 minute from the beach and the ABC stores. Beds were comfortable and the room was spotless. Staff was very helpful when we asked about getting around the island. We plan on going back and the Ewa will be where we stay.
