We stayed 5 nights and everything was perfect. Very courteous and helpful staff. Great location for the beach, bus stops, etc. Doesn't have the luxury resort feel, but that's how we roll and we loved our time here. Will definitely stay again.
I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Waikiki! We arrived in Honolulu and the original house we rented was awful which led us to having to rush to find something at almost 10pm. The staff was extremely helpful getting us rooms. The building and rooms are clean and well kept. The hotel is in the most convenient location to walk to the beach, as well as, to the shops and restaurants. Seeing that we had a large group they provided us extra towels and toiletries without us having to ask, which was amazing. When going to the beach they provide beach towels and floats to use for the day. They had everything we needed and were so kind! If we’re ever in Waikiki again this is definitely where we’ll be staying.
Nice looking rooms that clearly show the hotel is very old and has gone through renovations at some point. Bare minimum setup with no extra decor. Bathroom is not good. Super sassy front desk assistant, all she said was hello and then the basic information, not really the Hawaiian welcome we expected. Came here to celebrate my birthday and this is the general room view lol.
Decent size cozy rooms and very accommodating in requesting kayak/luggage storage and borrowing beach towels/snorkeling stuff/beach activity stuff without to worry about buying them. Extended my stay with them directly without hotel booking sites for even better prices then others around. No microwave or parking though.
Great service!! We came for our 10th anniversary and they could not have been more gracious. They upgraded us to an ocean view which was fabulous, even though we were on a special rate. Convenient to the best part of Waikiki. We will definitely stay here again.
