Everything was exceptional. The service, the food, the pools. We had a late flight and they let us do an extremely late checkout to accommodate. Absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. We will be staying here again our next trip to Oahu!
This hotel is not only beautiful, but the service is unlike anything I've ever experienced. The staff are excellent. They explain everything so wonderfully and are quick to serve any need you have. The food offerings are delicious and the room we reserved is unbelievable! It includes two large bedrooms a living room, separate den, and separate kitchen. There are flat screen TVs in the bedrooms, den and living room. The kitchen is stocked with kitchen utensils, knife set, flatware, large refrigerator, freezer, oven separate glass top stove, and pots and pans. The infinity pool sits on the side of the sixth floor so you can look over Waikiki while relaxing in the pool or the jacuzzi. To add to that, it is located a short walk from the beach, so we went there as well and we'll be visiting the Hawaii Army Museum today. This will be my family's go to spot from now on!
Great place to stay until you can find something a bit more "Aloha" and kid friendly (esp if kids like to swim. Pool is less than exciting)

Great service all around from first day to last day. Everyone is polite and friendly always willing to help. Parking attendants even help us plan a little trip for the day for things we should visit. House keeping with the little things, putting towels under our items we left of the counter in the bathroom and always putting our lei's into hearts after we moved stuff around. Pool is smaller but we didn't come for the pool. Had a kitchenette, used everything but the burners. Loved the beach bag with water, towels and a little snack as well.
