This establishment Is average. But the friendly staff and white glove cleanliness raised our stay to above average. Would recommend to grandma!
Great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of Waikiki. Very quite. Rooms meet all needs for a vacay in paradise
Very friendly staff. Room served us well by giving us a clean bed and bathroom. Older place so keep that in mind. But clean no bugs or other weird stuff(read some reviews)
Parking is not very close (at international marketplace)
Also they charge you a $28 amenity fee that I had no idea about. They charge you this only when you check in.
Otherwise it's a decent hotel. Room was nice. Location is great.
Horrible customer service! Had to book with another hotel and pay $$$. I feel very ripped off
