TLA Rates (Military) equal sub-par rooms that is based on photos from rooms not on the second floor, as seen in past reviews.
If you like homeless, druggies near your domain...The rooms are very outdated, old carpeting in pet used rooms. Hospitality is lacking. I gave it an extra star based on being centrally located to shops, restaurants, bars, and beach. The price is not worth the accommodation but pays for the amenities of being near things. Under COVID conditions, not worth the stay. The place is somewhat safe and alot of police in that area.
Laundry will run you $2.75 a washer and dryer is $.25 every 4 minutes...took me $10 for 2 loads, weekly, 2 people.
It was terrible and car got towed and mamngement did nothing about it
This place is really awesome, friendly, clean, spacious, good parking, only 5 minute walk to Waikiki beach, nice balcony and great location. I will recommend to friends and will come here next time in Honolulu!!
Cute little cozy place to stay at an affordable Hawaiian price. The rooms had everything I needed and the staff was very accomodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!
Manager lacks even the most basic customer service skills needed for a position in hospitality.
