First time staying in this hotel and all I can say is WOW . Customer Service is amazing. The room that I stayed in was one of the cheapest one they had. Has everything you might need in a room minus a microwave. Bathroom was just right, not too small or too big. The location is also a plus for this Hotel. Located right across from the waikiki beach and the zoo. The lobby is big and open with vibrant colors that makes it very welcoming. Back to customer service, talk about a sense of urgency. Not only do they make sure your luggage is delivered to your room secured and safely, they do so with a sense of urgency. They move like their lives depended on it. The valet service is top notch, talk about fast and efficient. I seen one guy cleared out five customers in less then two minutes, I don't know if that is average for valets , but that was still impressive. Overall this Hotel is worth it.
My wife and I just spent 8 days there and it was awesome. The location was perfect. Close to the beach which is just at the end of the block. The Honolulu Zoo is literally across the street for those with little ones. It was lively at night without feeling "too busy". Also the biggest plus was every staff member that we interacted with was helpful with a smile on their face. They never once made us feel like we were bothering them or inconveniencing them. Its a great place to stay. Do yourself a favor, if you can, stay in the premium room with the mountain and ocean view both. It's amazing!!!
Good hotel. The rooms were quite small and I found the beds kind of like a rock. Pool is very tiny, don’t recommend swimming as it’ll be freezing cold. Food was good on the G floor, liked the coffee. As the hotel is literally right next to the zoo, the constant calls of gibbons is a great annoyance.
We got take away. Came in without a booking offered a cocktail and great conversation even though they we slammed. Fun vibe

This is such a hidden gem in Honolulu! Amazing resort, amazing staff, amazing views, simply amazing stay. So close to everything, the views are breathtaking. Just remodeled. Very convenient: surf shop, cafe, grocery, pharmacy, mall near by. Friendly and helpful team! Doesn't get better than this, going back soon!
