Absolutely no parking.
The room is a very nice size. Great location. The problem is literally EVERYTHING else. The room is hot because the AC is blocked by random wood panels which is used to cover the bed when it is folded away.
The furniture is way out dated. There's a stereo system from the 80s. The TV is about 19 inch and also blocked by the hide-a-bed wood panels. The ceiling fan is noisy and rattles. The room remains HOT despite AC being on full blast.
The cops came and removed 2 hookers and some old man right next door to us.
Terrible room. Will attempt to switch rooms and will up that one as well.
The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. Its in the center of Waikiki on Kuhio Avenue and only steps from the huge shopping dining area called International Market Place. No balconies but rooms and bathroom area is very spacious. Kitchenette, microwave, utensils... almost like a fully furnished apartment. Its a bit dated but the price is under $100 a night which is a deal in pricy Waikiki.
There is a club on 1F but the rooms above it are the hotel office and luggage storage area so shouldn`t be a problem.
Staff was friendly and always said hello. At night you will need to use your hotel key to get into the main entrance.
A few dining options on the 1st floor of the property and there is a Japanese supermarket across the street for you beer needs.
Great hotel if you prefer to be left alone, as in not bothered by hotel employees. It almost seemed abandoned. Rooms were nice and spacious and the body wash dispenser in the shower... So creative and convenient.
Inflexible management team with poor communication. The only saving grace about this place is location. Otherwise, I would not recommend.
Generous staff! I had a great stay! Wouldn’t have changed a thing! The security deposit was high but that’s okay!
