Decent, clean, great communication. My flight wasn’t going to land before 8pm when the reception closed and they were nice enough to text me and make sure I knew how to get keys from the lockbox to gain entry. Housekeeping staff was kind and thoughtful. Room was clean. Location is obviously perfect. Highly recommend for those on a budget.
Came here because our unit back home the plumbing is being worked on. Had to expect this this hotel, good deal, get what one pays for. Older building, termite dropping on the lanai, poor lighting in hall ways.
They sent me a text when I was in the air to tell me to leave a credit card with them before 8:00pm, only my flight didn't land until 10:00pm, so I was screwed out of a room that I had already paid for! 0 stars is more appropriate... official communication should be done through email, and not the day of travel
ZERO PARKING. Get a hotel that has parking available, cheap hotel but add the parking fees, minimum $36 -40 a day just get a regular hotel. NO cleaning service during stay, I had to turn in and request towels. Don’t blame COVID since I’ve stayed in other hotels they at a minimum changed towels and took trash. ZERO communication on this issue. ANTS everywhere and we had zero food out. This doesn’t even deserve a star
Place was very affordable and family friendly, but pool was closed the entire time during our stay, and room was very dated. AC was moldy and carpet was wet when we arrived. Close to beach and quick walk to shops. No parking.
