Small but cozy hotel everyone very friendly they offer a gopro for you to borrow so you can record your trip and I thought that was amazing! Only complaint is that they didn't tell us that the valet would be $45 a day. Couldn't do much at the pool since it was always crowded. But besides that great price, good place, and centric!
Pool closes early so if you fly in after 5 with kids expect not to swim. We had a room by pool and arrived around 5 and pool was already closed and when booking it doesnt not tell you. If raining be vary careful entrance is extremely slippery someone in a group fell going in because of how wet from the light rain that morning. Staff was nice though.
They require you to valet your car for $45 a day and then they only have one man working to park and bring the cars around so you will have to wait to give him your keys and bring the cars around. Writing this review as I’ve been waiting 15 mins.
Earlier today we bought our car in to be parked and the valet saw us and still went to park another car in front of us, forcing us to wait for him to come back when he could have taken the keys. Overall would not recommend based on this alone.
Great price for the location, easy check-in. Upon arrival to my room , I found the sheets to have multiple stains . Clean- but not appealing to get into a stained bed. I can handle, so I called and asked for a fresh set. When I woke up , I noticed the NEW set of sheets still had crusted food stuck to them which was inches from my mouth... YUCK
The manger was very dismissive and brushed it off as no problem. Very disappointed in the cleanliness and the lack of management support .
Spent a little more money to get a room with gorgeous views, both ocean and Diamond head, so important and worthy, by bringing Fantastic experience. Room is so bright clean and nice. I’m very happy .
