I think it's a nice budget hotel. Good location, friendly staff. A bit run down like the drive in. But you have what u need. Hotel staff doing their best to make u comfortable. Kudos to that. Like the vicinity to beach, food and shopping.
The staff here are exceptionally kind and helpful. They go out of their way to accommodate. I’m an essential worker and I stay here regularly when I’m working in the area. I usually arrive dog tired needing a shower and food. The staff just wisks me through and gets me in to my room quickly. My home away from home.
With all that is going on through this pandemic... we had a party and they were really professional. Darlene who coordinated everything was great from the start till the end. They were very thorough on the procedures and had us give phone numbers for contact tracing, we could not have more than 8 people on each table and the servers were great. It was a buffet, but served Chinese style and our guests loved the food.
Darlene even helped the staff with food service and all. Our party would not have been a success without her.
This is my third time staying here. First two times were great. This time around, check in was slow, housekeeping hasn't even bothered to show up, my keys were defective, and had to be re-issued three times. I don't believe we will be staying here anymore.
Best as can be during pandemic. Great place for good relaxation and getaway. Accommodating. Lots of closures and changes due to covid - call to inquire
