Good location. Quick check in. Slightly outdated rooms. Asked for a quiet room away from the elevator--my room was directly across from the elevator and adjacent to the ice machine. Floor in the room was dirty when I arrived. Free breakfast is nice and 2 free drinks per day is awesome.
Stayed at the Embassy Suites from Jan.14-March 22. In that time, I had four different staff knock quickly then immediately open the door to our room before I could even get off the couch. Waiting is the courteous thing to do, not just barging in. We also had to move rooms at 1am because termites filled our bedroom from the air vent, but we moved to a room at the end of our hall next to the stairwell door leading outside that is always kept open. This door was kept open even during the worst rain and was only shut once. Because of this, the carpet in front of the stairwell doorway and into our room was wet for days. Not just damp, you step on it and can see water rise up from the carpet. When walking into the room initially, it reeks of mildew and mold. There is mold on the carpet. There is mold in the doorframe (as pictured). And the air conditioning just continues to blow everything around, causing us respiratory issues. So glad we’ve left.
Overall it's a good stay. They only allow for valet parking so it's concerning. As a diamond member I didn't get ocean view during a nonpeak season is a bit surprising. Otherwise, Thank you for taking care of us! The front desk is very welcoming and I absolutely enjoy the staff there.
Stayed here in November of 2015, everything was great! Staff was friendly, showed great hospitality, pool/patio area was a nice view and the breakfast was excellent! They had this great Juice at check in, wish I remembered the name!
Great Hotel for families. This hotel follows COVID 19 clean protocols. Very friendly staff. 100% customer service. Super clean and nice venue.
Breakfast is the best. There is nothing wrong I can tell from this hotel. Looking forward to comeback!
