Really lovely hotel. It was very clean. No bugs. The water stayed hot in the shower. The pool is heated and super relaxing. The staff are INCREDIBLY friendly!!! Their customer service is the reason I enjoyed my stay a lot. They're very knowledge and recommended things to do and places to eat. There's a light breakfast they provide. It's not a $3000/night hotel but it's very nice for what it is. Just somewhere to sleep. Stores all around and walking distance from the beach. It's a really safe neighborhood. We are 2 females and we felt safe walking at night. Definitely recommend.
Great place! The rooms could use a refresh, the mattress was very comfortable, pillows could be better, everything was very clean and overall I would stay there again, the rooms have an useful set up with the kitchen, great longer stay. I stayed there for 8 nights in November and really enjoyed it. Great location, the entire staff was very welcoming and professional, Brett and Venus at the FD were extra attentive and friendly. The pool is heated which made a big difference.
Honestly, a 2-STAR hotel at most. And it's one step away from a motel, really.
I booked a stay here, impressed by the photos I saw online. But when I got there - oh my gosh - the room looked nothing like shown. There were cracks and rust to literally every part of the room - especially the bathroom. It's an old hotel and you'll obviously see that once you get there. But also - the service is mediocore. Apparently, they only clean your room upon request! Plus, every time I called the front desk - which was rare - they were always rushing to get off the phone and I was wary to approach them or call for need of anything.
I guess the pricing was good for a 4-night stay. But, honestly - you really do get what you pay for. I appreciate the service I did get while I was there but I won't be staying there again.
Valley parking is a plus staff was very kind and curious. Room was amazing for the price. Note: found loose in bathroom, pictures had smug marks, due to Covid-19 the hotel has just reopened but with better cleaning, the place would be more satisfactory and comfortable.
Great for the COVID price ($90 a night)
The room was clean, other than the shower and I also noticed a coffee cup with fresh lipstick stains when we first checked into our room...
They shouldn't advertise free breakfast because it was a junky pastry, an apple and juice.
The balcony was really nice. I spent a lot of time on it. Room was small, but we only used the room for sleeping so it was alright. The bed was very comfy. AC was absolutely awesome.
