Great so far. We just checked in and the front desk was so helpful. Unfortunately did not see the name for the gentleman that helped us out and didn't catch his name, but he was such a great help. The only thing I could remember was that he was bald. Anyways, he helped us tremendously. Thank you for everything so far! The views are great.
It's close to the beach ⛱️, I get a kind of peacefulness when I'm in the lobby, plus it's nice not to be bothered by any of the hotel employees. And yes , they carry all the amenities as the other larger 4 and 5 star hotels do.
Our stay at the Prince Waikiki was nothing short of magical. From the moment we pulled up front and had the valets and guest services team help us with our bags, all the way through our expedited check-out, everything about the stay was a delight. I cannot overemphasize how much of a beautiful and luxurious experience this hotel offers.
Entering the posh lobby, interacting with the friendly staff, and - of course - our first glimpse of the 28th floor room view, complete with a wall-to-wall beach-facing window, was an hour of awe. I came in expecting something nice, but was blown away by the views and amenities.
Amid the pandemic, Prince Waikiki staff were careful, courteous, and strict about the ways they interacted with guests, and gave kind but firm reminders to those who didn't comply. Uneasy about a hotel stay at first, I was put at ease seeing the lengths to which the hotel went to foster safety and sanitization.
For sun lovers, I can't over-emphasize how great these rooms were for enjoying at all times of day. The massive picture window that made up the beach-facing side of the room was stunning day in and day out. Waking up at sunrise to complete darkness via the remote-controlled black out shade meant we were able to get a full night of deep sleep, but were treated to a stunning reveal of the sunrise every morning. Likewise, peering across the water, at the marina below, and over toward the rest of the Honolulu skyline was the perfect way to enjoy a breeze and some champagne, without even setting foot outside.
When my partner wanted a nap, and I wanted some time in the sun - the room delivered: I was able to open up the internal window in the middle of the glass wall, and bask in my personal sun spot with a book while he snoozed.
It's always the little things that really impress, and the Prince Waikiki delivered there too. As we check in, my partner slipped to the concierge that I was celebrating a win at work, and she sent up some champagne and a card later in our stay to say congratulations. That really meant a lot, and put the cherry on top of what was, overwhelmingly, a fantastic hotel stay. I highly recommend the Prince Waikiki and plan to be back!
By far the best hotel I've stayed at. The service, amenities, rooms, and views are amazing. I highly recommend staying here if you're in Honolulu.
Beautiful hotel, the floor to sealing windows both the ocean view are to die for! Enjoyed the bathroom, the sleepers & robes are a nice touch
