Great location in the heart of Waikiki. Affordable compared to other hotels in area. Walking distance to mall and beach is even closer. Clean rooms and super comfy beds. Air conditioning works great. Hot water. Glass cups. Gas grills for use near pool. Very accommodating, professional, and friendly staff. Definitely recommend staying here.
Awesome staff! Really helpful when I hit a snag while booking through a third party site. Better to just book directly through them to avoid any situations. Clean rooms, helpful staff and awesome location away from the crowds!
It’s great for short-term stay, close to several spots in Waikiki. Nice sights from partial ocean view balcony.
No housekeeping during COVID; guest services supplies new towels, linens, soaps etc upon request. Bathroom is small (If you are over 5’7” the bathroom might be cramped for you).
Good location. Small rooms suitable for couples. Best if you mostly intend to spend time outdoors. Staffs were friendly as well. Would recommend
The web page said partial mountain view, they must have meant the view of the mountainous view of the surrounding high rises. Room too hot, couldn't cool down. NO room to make coffee or or anything else for that matter. Furniture on balcony was rusty, old and just not taken care of. Originally told free parking then tried to charge us. The garage is another joke. Good for a compact car.
Best things IHOP next door and the location is not bad.
Don't waste your time and money, spend a little more for better quality.
