Great hotel! The rooms are clean and, well, modern. The room service was at our room in about only 5 minutes while we’re on floor 9! Beds are so comfortable you never want to leave, great quality. I slipped into the pool and it wasn’t cold despite it being about 70 degrees. It wasn’t anything out of the ordinary, but I enjoyed the day beds. I ordered a slider and some fries with lemonade, the food was pretty standard though I must mention they do not include much sugar in the lemonade, quite bitter. They provide dozens of towels. Great location, right next to high quality restaurants and shops. Complaint: WiFi so slow and always disconnecting me! I assume there are tons of guests connected, but it disconnects me in the middle of things, and it’s so slow! Just resorted to cellular data. The check-out time is also by 10am, so when we were leaving at 9:30, it was packed, everybody hustling and trying to leave. Nice people. Overall 4 star hotel, enjoyed my stay.
Stayed here for the 14 day quarantine with two big dogs, even with lots of dogs staying here it was pretty quiet (besides in the morning, it’s the night the counts). Staff was excellent and friendly, took dogs out three times and brought food up whenever we ordered it. Always had fresh towels ready everyday. The shower was one of my favorite parts, strong water pressure that instantly turned hot. The view and breeze from the balcony was great! Would definitely recommend to people that need to do the 14 day quarantine.
Perfect! Marvelous views. Comfortable bed. I didn't want to leave. Staff is amazing. And that steak was awesome. Cut with a butter knife.
Great historic hotel with lots of cool facts and features in an amazing spot right on Waikiki Beach!! Love love love this area. Will definitely come back. Clean rooms. Front desk at check-in (night time) didn't seem to be the most knowledgeable or willing to help, didn't have to interact too much after. Go Pro rental is a huge plus as well as the fact that there are many complimentary activities( Lei making, hula dance lessons, ukulele lessons, Aqua Zumba and others- available on different days) that you can participate in that are held at the Sheraton next door. Also really love the fact that Royal Hawaiian guest can use the pools at the Sheraton. Family-friendly area as well.
Shortest Best distance from the beach in the area. We had the best views and the nicest service. We appreciate the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel. Our balcony was a side view of the beach front. And from the front door, we had the view of the Diamond Back and the zoo. So we saw flamingos daily. Absolutely outstanding.
We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was nothing but amazing! We had an Ocean Front room with a beautiful view. The food and drinks available were awesome. We recommend The House Without A Key to all our people that travel to Hawaii.
The hotel and room was great - very comfortable and great location. The staff were very friendly and check in was seamless. The welcome gift basket was also a very nice touch. I am giving only 4 stars since we usually to get drinks at the hotel bar / lounge wherever we stay; however, we could not get a seat at the bar (Hideout) for the first two nights there, even when we tried to book a day ahead of time. We considered cancelling the rest of our reservation but didn't want the hassle of packing up.
First time staying in this hotel and all I can say is WOW . Customer Service is amazing. The room that I stayed in was one of the cheapest one they had. Has everything you might need in a room minus a microwave. Bathroom was just right, not too small or too big. The location is also a plus for this Hotel. Located right across from the waikiki beach and the zoo. The lobby is big and open with vibrant colors that makes it very welcoming. Back to customer service, talk about a sense of urgency. Not only do they make sure your luggage is delivered to your room secured and safely, they do so with a sense of urgency. They move like their lives depended on it. The valet service is top notch, talk about fast and efficient. I seen one guy cleared out five customers in less then two minutes, I don't know if that is average for valets , but that was still impressive. Overall this Hotel is worth it.
Had a great experience here- beautiful room and great service. The phone didn’t work (not the biggest deal), so they gave us a food credit and we were super happy. Blair really helped us with some of our booking details and at the pool, Guillermo was awesome. He had so much aloha and was such a gentleman.
We stayed 5 nights and everything was perfect. Very courteous and helpful staff. Great location for the beach, bus stops, etc. Doesn't have the luxury resort feel, but that's how we roll and we loved our time here. Will definitely stay again.
We loved this hotel! It is just as beautiful from the back as it is from the front! The staff was very friendly & went out of their way to help us!
We enjoyed the location because you don’t need a car & can walk to a variety of shops & restaurants! Our favorite restaurant was the one at the hotel! The food was delicious, the live music & view of the ocean made for a relaxing evening!
The chairs with umbrellas on the beach can be reserved. The staff will go out & prepare your chair with towels & serve food/drinks until 5pm!
The beach bar is a nice shady spot to take a break from the sun & grab a cold cocktail or food. We also enjoyed having a cocktail in the rocking chairs overlooking the restaurant & ocean!
Our room was extremely clean & we liked that the staff freshened our rooms each day while we were out! My favorite thing about the room was the balcony overlooking the ocean & the heated toilet seat! Sounds crazy but it was fantastic!
Great little hotel for the budget stay. This is not for someone who wants all the perks of a pricey hotel. Staff is great. Rooms are a nice size. It's not on the strip but it's a walk away. We live on Oahu but use this as a getaway. Only downside for us is parking. There's not a lot of available parking and if you miss out the parking can get VERY expensive at surrounding locations.
Spent a little more money to get a room with gorgeous views, both ocean and Diamond head, so important and worthy, by bringing Fantastic experience. Room is so bright clean and nice. I’m very happy .
This is a small hotel with warm accommodating staff. Check in was quick. The manager Carolyn personally placed a call to me to make me aware of a booking discrepancy and gave me a parking discount.
I particularly liked the room because of the thick walls and lots of windows which I prefer over air conditioning. And I like the close proximity to the beach. Will definitely be returning.
Really lovely hotel. It was very clean. No bugs. The water stayed hot in the shower. The pool is heated and super relaxing. The staff are INCREDIBLY friendly!!! Their customer service is the reason I enjoyed my stay a lot. They're very knowledge and recommended things to do and places to eat. There's a light breakfast they provide. It's not a $3000/night hotel but it's very nice for what it is. Just somewhere to sleep. Stores all around and walking distance from the beach. It's a really safe neighborhood. We are 2 females and we felt safe walking at night. Definitely recommend.

Check in was excellent, I got a great rate with an ocean view and mountain view room. The hotel had a Starbucks in lobby, Steak Seafood fine dining restaurant, Spa with Salon. I was right across from Ala Moana Mall, great location. Beautiful outdoor pool very clean and relaxing. The bathroom for my room was not clean properly, but front desk sent someone to clean it immediately. The soda machine on floor did not work.
This was a perfect stay for me and my partner’s vacation. The atmosphere that the employees had were impeccable. They brought the aloha to Hawaii and was completely affordable with a perfect spot near the beach. Chad, Renee, and Blake made our stay much more memorable I definitely recommend staying here or at least check out their cafe/bar!
Great so far. We just checked in and the front desk was so helpful. Unfortunately did not see the name for the gentleman that helped us out and didn't catch his name, but he was such a great help. The only thing I could remember was that he was bald. Anyways, he helped us tremendously. Thank you for everything so far! The views are great.
Hilton Waikiki Beach is a great hotel for the value and price. It is clean and everyone is very friendly. It is very close to the main strips with all the restaurants and bars, but just far enough away to be a little more quiet. Our room had a lanai which was awesome for sitting out and watching the view. The room was spacious and had a good bathroom. The pool is nice and has a good amount of loungers and cabanas. Water is clean and warm. MAC 24/7 (restaurant downstairs) is good and food is good quality. The beach towel situation is excellent. The towels are microchipped and they have towel stations and you take what you need and return them at the end of the day. Overall this hotel made our stay a pleasant one.
